My background as a practicing New Jersey Real Estate Attorney having handled over 5,000 transactions, coupled with my expertise in the Bay Head and Mantoloking market, make me uniquely qualified to handle your purchase or sale. I am currently a resident of Mantoloking and throughout my life have lived in over 12 different homes in Bay Head and Mantoloking. My extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions has given me the ability and creativity to structure and negotiate agreements to suit my customer’s individual needs. I am also very well aware of the many potential pitfalls of a transaction and know how to keep a deal together for my customers. I am the Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Monmouth Bar Association, serve on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Board of Consultors for the Real Property Section and frequently lecture to both attorneys and realtors on current changes in the law and the real estate marketplace. I have also served as a mortgage loan officer and have an undergraduate degree in finance from Lehigh University which has been essential in understanding and guiding customers through the complex financing options they face.
