Ethics and Standards

Members of www.turnUSaround.com will uphold the highest standards of ethics and moral integrity. Resources available will be used to enhance and develop mutually beneficial relationships in an effort to help turn the US economy around. Any members found to be abusing or engaging in unethical practices or immoral conduct will be banned from any affiliation with www.turnusaround.com, Turn US Around, LLC and any of their affiliates or related entities.

Membership is a privilege and as such all members will be held to the highest standards of business and personal conduct and ethics. As a member of www.turnUSaround.com you agree with and commit to this code of conduct. The best efforts will be made to identify and remove any members involved in fraudulent and unethical practices. 

A. Scope
This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all members, vendors, contributors, affiliates, etc.

B. Purpose
The members of Turnusaround.com are dedicated to uphold the highest level of business and personal ethics.

"Moral Integrity is a founding principal that will be vigorously upheld. Our reputation depends on our ability to do the right thing, even when the right thing may not be the easy thing to do. We are committed and responsible for honest and ethical behavior and as such no one should ever sacrifice integrity."

Members are responsible to themselves, their family and this country to make the right decisions. "There is no right way to do the wrong thing".  Mistakes can be made by all, but this code of conduct has been created to remind us to keep an eye on our principals and not sacrifice our integrity to better our financial positions.

Before accepting membership and joining the Turn US Around movement you should ask yourself if you will be able to commit to this code of ethics if so we can make a difference in the lives of many.

C. Violations of Ethical Standards
Incidents of violating will be handled promptly and action will be taken to report any unethical business practices to appropriate parties. Any members suspected of abusing or otherwise not upholding the highest level of integrity will be banned from use of the www.turnusaround.com site.  In extreme cases legal action will be taken.

D. Member Commitments
We must all work together to make a difference in the US economy and in the lives of others.  All members commit to the following:

• All information and communication posted to www.turnusaround.com will be accurate and truthful.

• All members will perform to the best of their abilities when and where employed or otherwise engaged in a business relationship.

• All interactions with members will be in an effort to develop mutually beneficial relationships.

• All members are responsible for these principals not only during online interactions but in all aspects of their lives.

• All members will do their best to bring these principals into all their business and personal interactions.

• All members will help themselves by helping others.
Anyone who participates in the "Turn US Around" movement, whether Job-Seeker, Entrepreneur or Proponent member must commit to holding themselves to the highest standards in order to be accepted as a part of our team.  "Turn US Around" members (individuals or entities) agree to:

• Be encouraging and supportive at all times

• Contribute to the success of those we work for and with

• Strive to better ourselves and improve our skills

• Be open to direction and guidance to better perform responsibilities

• Walk in excellence in all that we do

• Have respect for others and promote good will

• Maintain a positive attitude (Smile whenever possible)

• Share the "Turn Us Around" movement at every opportunity

Entrepreneur Commitment

The following standards must be maintained by anyone wishing to be associated with the "Turn US Around" movement.  As a "Turn US Around" Entrepreneur member I agree to:

1) Give my employees an honest day’s wages for a fair days work.

2) Work with integrity in all that I do with my business and relationships.

3) Create a positive environment to work and interact with those in my employ.

4) Be diligent in maintaining the best interests of my team and the business, which I own and operate

5) Strive to learn more about my industry and perform every task to the best of my ability and with excellence

6) Be professional and courteous to my employees, vendors and clients of my business

7) Reward ingenuity and promote creative thought among my staff to continue the success of my enterprise.

8) Be a "Team player", respect and encourage those who work for and with me.

9) Be fair and forthright with my peers and the subordinates in my charge.

10) Do my best to communicate clearly with and promote harmony among those I interact.
